About Us
Indel Corporation was formed by four local businessmen in 1989 to fulfill the need for quality homes at an affordable price. Ray Thurlow has been involved in land development and home building since the early 70's. He handles the subdivision development and oversees the day to day construction. Bill Brown and Wayne Reiners, former owners of the St. mary's Lumber Yard, oversee all materials acquisition and supply through their wholesale and local contacts. Dean Wineinger, a realtor, is in charge of the marketing for the home building firm. This partnership has proven very successful in it's goal of supplying quality homes, affordably priced, in the Topeka, Kansas area marketplace.
Each new home built by Indel Corp. requires the effort of several hundred people, ranging from designers and draftsmen, who begin your new home, all the way to the finish carpentry and lawn people, who complete your home.
All the subcontractors and suppliers are chosen for their reliability and attention to detail. Indel Corp. holds weekly construction coordination meetings to discuss new products and services and to review the progress on current homes.
Indel Corp. is one of only a handful of hume builders across the nation to receive the RWC Keystone Award for dedication to quality building standards, unique design and excellent customer service.
Care is taken from the first day that Indel Corp. begins construction of your new home to make sure that nothing but the best craftsmanship and material are used. Everyone at Indel Corp. wants your home purchase to be an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
